Extremadura has a rich flora, but curiously the bees visit only a hundred of them, which are the ones that really provide appreciable amounts of honey. And curiously, that number in our area is reduced to about 20-40 plants. We move our hives looking for the best plants of beekeeping interest, we want our bees to have enough to feed on, and we always choose the best natural landscape with the best flowering, and when we have the right weather conditions, we get the best honey. What will allow us to enjoy, sensory, the landscape that has produced it such as oak, rosemary, thyme, heather, oak, etc...
