Visual appearance (color): light amber - amber, sometimes with reddish hues.
Aroma: intense and very persistent to fallen leaves in autumn, to humus, to mushrooms.
Taste (mouth sensations): sweet, with a clear bitter component and with clear salty notes, which are greater if accompanied by honeydew; in this case malted notes appear in the retronasal.
Touch: tendency to variable crystallization and low if it is accompanied by myelates.
